Acceptance
By using the Velta Trans website you agree to these terms. Online quotes are estimates; final price is set in the shipping contract.
Services
Velta Trans provides international freight: road, rail, multimodal and project cargo. Each shipment is governed by an individual contract.
Payment & refunds
Payment by bank transfer per contract. Refunds possible if cancelled before transport departure — terms in the contract.
Liability
Liability is defined by the shipping contract and applicable law of Kazakhstan. Cargo insurance available on request.
Disputes
Disputes resolved through negotiation; otherwise in courts of Kazakhstan.
